Who am I? I am the SELF which is ONE with Atman, Brahman, All That Is. This is Liberation and this is in the future for me. I am not there yet! For now, and until I am liberated from the Wheel of Samsara, I am a spiritual seeker just like you! I was always curious about deeper aspects of life. This early curiosity propelled me forward onto a lifelong journey of personal healing, growth and spirituality and resulted in me getting trained as a yoga teacher, energy healer, meditation practitioner & Soul Embodiment Jungian psychotherapist & counsellor. I currently run spiritual counselling and psychotherapy practice, teach yoga and manage Soul Ascension Guide project to assist those who are ready and willing to embark and be supported in their soul embodiment and healing journey back home into the HEART of One.
