​This is not easily understood by the human 3D mind that has not developed and attuned itself to the subtle workings of the Soul and Spirit. These intelligent matrices govern & direct the planetary sentience with all its elements such as molecules, chemical compounds, elementals, the five elements, the human body, mind and soul – all is composed of elements that are directed by this highly intelligent force. 

​Based on wholistic model, our planet undergoes annual cycles of electromagnetic activity during which the planet and humanity is exposed to the accelerated rate of electrical or magnetic transmission. During mid-May we undergo electric peak cycle and during August we undergo the magnetic peak cycle – both provide opportunities for acceleration of spiritual growth, kundalini activation and shadow body purging depending on where we are in our soul embodiment process.

Observe, witness, participate, work your tools
​We are currently in the tail end of May Electric peak cycle and it’s a good idea to observe, journal and reflect on what is transpiring for us in the month of May with regard to our energy levels, general events, triggers, heightened emotional states & sudden occurrences in the four major areas of our life:

1. Bio-family issues relating to our Inner Child, Soul Wounds, Ancestral Patters.
2. Our partnerships & Intimate relationships issues – karmic or alchemical union healing. Wounded Male/Female Issues healing.
3. Safety, security, survival fears – how are we navigating new energies of freedom?
4. Our career, work, sense of soul purpose and meaningful contribution to the whole. Our sense of self.

Move your body to release old programmes and memories held in the body
During the annual Electric Peak cycle in May these areas may become highlighted, so we can clear and let go of old triggers, archetypes, and dysfunctional dynamics that are blocking our soul progress toward higher and more refined levels of healing & being. Journal, walk, swim, spend time outside, talk, cry, laugh, paint, engage your senses, do some breath work, yoga etc. This is incredibly important. Use affirmations to override the old thought patterns in favour of positive and life affirming thought-forms of abundance, success, good health, smooth emotional terrain, ability to adapt and find positive solutions. 
 
Watch for Signs of shadow purge or Dark Night of the Soul triggers
Your soul may initiate the dark night of the soul trigger event where your other station of identity in parallel time may be triggered to come forth for being witnessed, heard, forgiven, and re-integrated on new terms. Some of our parallel identities may still be stuck in ‘frozen trauma’ states and spaces, e.g. the inner child, or wounded soul aspects, and when they come to surface, they bring their 'frozen' aspects, behaviours feelings, thought patterns with them. This is a good time for using your soul healing tools and timeline override healing and forgiveness.
 
Compassionately Witness to Heal, Forgive and Move on
Our job to compassionately witness and let our parallel & wounded identities and inner children tell us their story, be heard and dialogue with them. They need our loving attention and re-assurance. Remember it is you, here and now in this density who are doing the ascension work on their behalf, but they also have rights and choice to retain their unique identity and to remain stuck in trauma or move toward healing. We need patience and loving participation to enable coherence and integration with our identities, so that they are not sabotaging our efforts by hiding in the hidden spaces of our psyche thus creating weakness in our light body that invite psychic cording to energy parasites.

Frew reminders - We are leaving the old world
This is a reminder to us all that we are collectively and individually leaving the ‘old world’ paradimes based on limited believes of 3D egoic mind in favour of the soul. These beliefs are based on separation, scarcity, enslavement, deceptions and pain and have been socially engineered and perpetuated by the controllers to their great advantage.

Control Game switch is 'on'
The ‘players’ are still at their ‘control game’, because they require your consciousness attention and energy to keep surviving & maintaining their wealth and rulership over humanity. This invisible battle for the ownership of the human soul in the Western world specifically has begun long time ago - our soul is so powerful that having access to even a tiny section of the soul’s unhealed shadow will be a sufficient ‘win’ for the adversaries of humanity.

Guarding Our Soul's Sovereignty
​Therefore, we must guard our soul’s sovereignty and keep on keeping on participating consciously with our personal shadow clearing and work our self-regulation tools. Every little helps in this endeavour, e.g. intend to set your intention daily to practice self-observation, personal energy awareness, sensing energies around you and loving caring for your inner child-body-mind. May we all be helped, guided and blessed in our sincere endeavours to increase our self-awareness, self-knowledge and inner power.

​During the ascension cycle we have an incredible opportunity to finish the unfinished business and end painful timelines imprinted into our soul record, so that we can begin a new cycle of our soul’s evolution. 
Ideally, we would like to do this with awareness and with conscious participation of our 3D identity mind, but there are few blocks for us to overcome, if we were to harness the potent energies of ascension cycle to accelerate our soul’s growth and expansion. If you are reading this newsletter, chances are that your Soul has awakened and you are already participating with your soul’s growth and evolution. In this article we will look at these blocks and obstacles and refresh on few important points , reminders and self-help tools to assist you in overcoming them. 

Truthful Information Is Hidden
Lack of coherent and truthful information about our spiritual anatomy, lightbody layers, quantum mechanics of consciousness, galactic history, humanity's true origines. If we don’t have a contextual framework and accurate information, it becomes very difficult for us to assign accurate meaning to the events occurring in our lives and within our bodies. Our conscious mind can only assign meaning to what is has a conceptual framework for. If the mind does not have a concept for the soul’s memories ‘bleeding’ through from different timelines, the mind will be unable to assign meaning to our experiences.
 
Humanity and Planet Earth Suffered Damage
During the last evolutionary cycle of 26,500 years humanity and the planet have sustained damage and experienced much trauma, shock, abuse and devastation as well as suffered from multitude of extremely painful events, all of which is recorded in the planetary field and in every human being.
This unhealed trauma and damage, especially in the soul body layers and our pain body remains unhealed in majority of humanity due to issues with military grade psychotronic and psychological mind control, misuse of energy resources, and enslavement of the planet and parasitism of humanity - all of which is hidden and silently taking place in plain sight as we speak.

Keep Educating Yourself
To address the first obstacle, it’s important to keep educating yourself on the lightbody anatomy of the soul, galactic history and seeking truth in all matters. This information and knowledge will help you to assign meaning to what is happening to you from a more multidimensional soul level perspective. I suggest you delve into the Ascension Basics material (see below) freely offered by the Energetic Synthesis body of work. There is a dedicated section there for soul integration and healing.
 
Keep on with Clearing the Negative Ego and Shadow Body
Continue your dedicated efforts to heal your soul, clear and transmute your shadow body and discipline and clear the negative ego complexes, believes and behaviours. The negative ego has never been a part of our original Diamond Sun Angelic Human template and has been installed into the planetary and collective human mind by the invading species with the aim of destroying and digressing the original human blueprint and infecting the planet earth with predatorial, divisive, warring, self-serving and egoic consciousness.
 
Use Practical Tools for Shadow Clearing
There are many tools to help you to clear negative ego – journaling, regularly inventorying your believes and letting go of old patterns, releasing your fears, refusing to engage in ego dramas, spending time in solitude with nature, using your body to assist in clearing and cathartic releases, working with your dreams, archetypes and bringing forth creativity and flow into your life. Using your intuition, observation skills, discerning energies and responding with inner power and boundaries etc. The antidote to negative ego is calmness, neutrality, objectivity, adult state, solution focused and disciplined mind, emotional self-regulation, and self-accountability. It helps to educate yourself on the Law of One practices and behaviours to continue embodying more of the heart-based  values in all aspects of your life.
 
Keep Healing Your Soul Wounds by Applying the Multidimensional Perspective
For example, if you are suffering from headaches, rather than seeing it as caused by stress, diet or poor hydration, all of which is surely valid, you may also ask yourself if this is a message from your higher self about some blockage that may be surfacing for healing from previous timelines or unhealed ancestral patterns.

Look for Patterns
Especially if headaches is a pattern for you, then you may wish to observe the circumstances more closely to identify the area of unhealed or wounded part that requires compassionate witnessing, emotional release and forgiveness. This part may be connected to your inner child, to your soul family, to your biological family or to your soul wounding.

Inner Child Healing is a Part of Soul Retrieval Work
This is the time to do the inner child work, shadow clearing, dream and archetypal work, emotional releasing via somatic practices that involve body and voice and processing the ancestral or soul wounds through time with nature, meditation, psychotherapy, and applying other methods for energy body healing and clearing.
 
Learn about Psychic Self Defence
Depending on the circumstance you may also identify the headache as a ‘psychic attack’ (see a paragraph below) or some parasitic energy cording, which could be linked to your unresolved ancestral pattern, but this is only possible for you if you have a context for this level of processing in your conscious mind.

Why Psychic Self-Defence?
One day the time will come when there will be no need for psychic self-defence, however we are living through the aggressive, invisible and silent war over consciousness which necessitates us being aware of our energy body, our weaknesses and ways in which parasitic forces utilise those weakness to syphon our creative energy and to deter us from living our soul purpose intended by our Source Creator-Creatrix.

Dark Arts Training is a phase that may come to you or not depending on your soul agreement. This phase is designed to polish your skills as a spiritual warrior in the art of energy discernment. First, you need to be aware of the galactic history and the main players and forces, human and non-human who are currently facing each other on the planet.

Three Main Forces on the Planet
As a reference guide there are currently three main forces that are resolving and ending the polarity game distortions in the planet’s previous cycle – The Satanic Forces, The Luciferian Forces and the Christ Consciousness Forces. These forces are represented by the dominant polarity such as negative, positive, or neutral and by the energetic orientation toward egoic service to self or service to others.

Dark Arts Training Purpose
Dark Arts Training is the skill of being able to discern the forces at play that are often masking or hiding under the many disguises within the personal lightbody and within the external events, people, places and things, in order to accurately discern the truth with the multitude of aims of purposes depending on the individual soul agreement, your soul family assignment or ancestral karma.
 
Completing and Ending Personal & Ancestral Histories, Memories and Patterns
Many people on the planet, especially star seeds and galactic volunteers have incarnated into specific families in order to complete, override and end the dysfunctional patterns caused by the accumulation of trauma, soul wounding, disconnection and karmic miasmatic overlays passed on through many generations.

Biological Family Dynamics Issues
This means that there may be biological family issues relating to mother, father, siblings and family dynamics to resolve and complete accompanied by the feelings related to being a ‘black sheep’, an outcast, ‘from another planet’ feeling and the deep sense of not belonging to the family and accompanied by the sense of isolation, low self-worth, lack of confidence, poor boundaries, addictions, self-defeating behaviours and forced identities/archetypes that were imprinted on the child's psyche before the child could develop their own unique self. Inner child healing is helpful at this stage.

Inherited Ancestral Patterns 
Inherited ancestral patterns are the next level of healing of bio-family dynamics and would involve issues related to unhealed and uncleared patterns running through generational lines on both maternal and paternal lineages. These patterns would manifest by amplified and exaggerated levels of distortion in a human being. generally Starseeds and galactic volunteers would be 'configured' to handle this level of amplification in order to 'take it on' themselves to transmute it. This level of  transmutation does leave few scars in a volunteer because it has to be experienced in real time for real for it to be transmuted and many Starseeds become scared by the experience.      
 
Intimate Relationship Issues
Another painful area is the area of intimate relationships, and there may be a lot of healing and challenges to overcome for many people to complete and end the patriarchal domination and gender roles polarity imbalance on the planet. This area is especially challenging as it relates to the split between the pain body (2D – second chakra) and the heart (4D – forth chakra), also known as 2/4D split.

​Karmic and Alchemical Relationships
Many couples will be completing karmic relationships, and some couples will be working on the soul level healing in alchemical relationships – both are painful and could be intense as well as amplified and weaponised by the parasitic forces. When male and female genders are distorted and disunited it weakens the energetic integrity of their lightbody and makes it harder to connect to the soul layers to sustain the healthy levels on inner power, positivity, creativity & energy.

Self-Worth, Learnt Helplessness and Power Abuses
This is another very sensitive area of overriding and ending the introjected patterns of power imbalances based on master-slave; power vs disempowered; victim vs victimiser abusive patters written into the planetary body and imprinted into the human psyche via the negative ego programmes and archontic victim - victimiser software. This area of wounding needs to be opened for compassionate witnessing, healing and forgiveness, so that we can reclaim our power back and build new Earth paradigm based on equality, service, unity in diversity and unified cooperation for the benefit of the whole.

In conclusion I would like to end with the  the Law of One Practice, which is Unity consciousness. This is the fundamental principle of life. Lets practice together -

You may have often heard that astrology is a sham or its too complicated, but the truth of the matter is that yes, astrology, like any other field in psychology, science, or medicine has been tempered with and turned into something that is not accurately represented. In ancient times every respectable astronomer was also an astrologer. The science of stars was not seen as something to be dismissed as a pseudoscience, but as a definitive and precise mathematically comprehensive system of tracking pivotal points in collective human evolution and providing meaning to macro to micro correspondences that exist within the universal time matrix of which we are all a part.
 
Astrology Basics
So, what are the basic principles of astrology that would be helpful for you to further your personal growth? Well, the answer is that the basics of astrology are simple and easy to comprehend and with the advent of technology it’s as easy as writing a letter! In ancient days astrologers had to draw every individual chart by hand. In our time all you have to do is to enter your date, place and time of birth and the programme would do the chart for you. Step by step introduction guide into basic astrology is outlined below.

Natal Chart
To begin with start with obtaining your Natal Chart. See links below that would take you to the site where you can access the software that will calculate your Natal (Birth) chart.  If you don’t know your precise time of birth then use the default position of 12:00 midnight. Be sure to get the right time zone. If you are in Europe its GMT. Once you have your chart you are ready to start interpreting it.

Natal Chart Reading at a Glance
Look at seven major planets and see what sign and House they are located. These planets are Sun, Moon, Mercury, Mars, Venus, Jupiter & Saturn. The sign of your Sun is your Sun sign and the sign where your Moon is your Moon sign. Your Sun is your spirit, your personality, the core of your being and is linked to the father figure. The moon is the emotional sphere, your soul and is linked to the mother figure in your life. The House will represent how these energies are expressed via the medium of the House. Do the same for each of the seven planets. As an example google ‘Sun in Gemini in 7th house meaning’ and you will get your basis character traits. Each planet would represent an aspect of character to master, polish or strengthen. 
The reason you are looking at seven planets first as they are the ones that are tangibly felt as energy influences in our daily lives and represent the 7 rays of light spectrum visible in our reality. 
 
Look at your  Ascendant (Asc), in which Sign and the House is it located? This is the shape in which you will be expressing your evolutionary potential towards growth specifically in this life.  Your Descendant will show what you have already acquired and developed in the past life, and what you find easy to do and express as you have done it before. To help you understand the meaning of Ascendant in a sign and house, you may wish to Google as an example: Ascendant in Capricorn in 4th house. etc.
 
Look at the North Node and South Node – these are similar to Ascendant and Descendant, but they are more  connected to a bigger picture of your life, your life mission, your life challenge, what you need to master in this life that is aligned to your overall soul journey from the past and into the future so that the evolution of your soul continues smoothly. The North Node is what you need to align yourself more as this is your untapped creative potential and movement forward. Your south Node is your past that you have already mastered. Use Google to get the meaning of your North and South Nodes in their respective signs and Houses.

Retrograde and Direct Planets
Look at the planets and see if you can spot a letter 'R' or 'D' by its side. 'R' stands for retrograde, meaning that you have not completed a certain lesson in the past and have come to complete it this time round. There will a constant challenge with this planet and its positioning in your chart, like your personal burrito that you will be pushed to keep at it until the lesson is learnt. Direct planets are great! They indicate that you have learnt their lessons very well in the past lives and they are now supporting you forward. Again as an example you may google: 'Retrograde Venus in 5th House in Aries'

Aspects - Conjunctions and Trines
Finally, give it a quick glance at the positive or challenging aspects in your chart such as conjunctions, trines, sextiles and squares. The positive aspects reinforce the energies of the planets and the challenging aspects create challenges for us to overcome. Its all positive and informative in the long run!

Natal Chart Meditation
This completes your basic overview of your chart. To help you start energising your soul's journey, keep your birth chart out of your draw and look at it often. Guard it, this is your personal inner house-treasure. By looking at it, you are allowing your subconscious mind to absorb the information and start processing it. You can meditate on your chart even if you don’t understand it. Energetically you are connecting to your inner personal ‘’control panel’ system and learning how to operate it. You are beginning to understand the mechanics of creative  forces behind the workings of the conscious mind. You will start to comprehend the larger order according to which your life is organised. You start seeing how everything, including your challenges & seemingly confusing life events somehow fit well into the overall tapestry of your Soul's intelligent design that is always gently guiding you toward your highest potential.
